Adult Indoor Volleybal leagues

IVL Volleyball runs indoor leagues Monday through Thursday night throughout the Bay Area. Whether you're picking up the sport for the first time or you've played for years, there's a league built for you.

We offer a wide range of levels and formats, from beginner and recreational play to advanced competition. Our divisions include:

• Men's

• Women's

• Coed

• Reverse Coed

Each season is organized so teams play against others at a similar level, which keeps games competitive and fun. Seasons wrap up with playoffs and prizes, so there's something to play for at every level.

Gather your friends and join as a full team, or put your name down on the free agent list, and we'll help you find where you fit. Browse the leagues below to find a night, location, and level that works for your schedule.
